APOSTLE OF PEACE
In the world of attrition, we are very helpless to buy peace for our well-being. Dishonesty and immorality have crept in so deep in our blood that we have almost forgotten to pray to god to purify our soul in quest for a peaceful life.
But in spite of that we see a light amidst deep dark around us when we find the men in attire of deep red ochure in the Buddhist monasteries all across the world particularly in Sikkim. Here monasteries in every nook and corner including Enchey, Rumtek and Phodong among others, constitute most of the Lamas who are always inspiration to us in seeking peace and harmony for mankind. A section called Lamas consecrated in Buddhism fully devoted to bidding peace to make a wonderful human world. Their calm and divine look always exude a sense of reverence in our minds.
For the peace and emancipation of human world, their preaching of sacrifice, tolerance and virtues of love truly reveal their unique characteristics of close affinity to all kinds of human souls.
